You have a right to cancel your contract with us at any time up to 14 days after the date of delivery to you by following the returns procedure set out below.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your contract or return a product to us, please follow the returns procedure detailed below ensuring that all details are provided as requested. If you are returning the product because there is a fault with it or the order is incorrect, we will ask you to return the product to us via the post office and in that case we will meet the cost of postage as long as a receipt is provided. Please use the returns address provided below.


For all other returns, you must return the product to us at your cost. For all returns, please use the original shipping box and packaging materials ensuring that your package is wrapped securely.

 

You must take reasonable care of products that you receive whether you cancel the contract or return the order/Product(s)for a refund.


Due to the nature of the products, any goods classed as hygiene products cannot be refunded if opened. Hygiene products include underwear and earrings/studs.

What should I do if I have received damaged or incomplete goods?


Please email or ring our customer services centre on 0871 315 0149* to let us know (open Monday to Friday 4pm – 9pm). You will be entitled to a replacement, exchange or a full refund including the cost of postage. We will ask you to return them to us via the Royal Mail - we will cover the cost of you doing so - although we will not be held responsible for meeting the cost of return by another method.


How do I obtain a refund for returned goods?


We will provide a refund via the original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.
