Royal Mail First class delivery is FREE For ALL UK mainland addresses.

International Delivery is only available to EU countries. Delivery will Be charged at a flat rate of £7.99.

Your purchased goods will be sent via Royal Mail, Airmail (EU) or Courier depending on the weight and destination of the package.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Standard delivery is 3-5 days (but often quicker), subject to availability.

European Deliveries are aimed to be delivered within 4 days.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Delivery dates for standard delivery and european delivery cannot be guaranteed. If you have not received your product within 10 working days please contact our customer services team.

If your goods are sent via courier, you may be subject to a small surcharge.

What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?

Some of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD).
If you are not in when your goods arrive by courier, a card will be put through your door giving details of the attempted delivery, and giving contact details for the courier company. If this fails, the goods will be returned to Phashion.
