Placing your Order and Payment:


How do I place my order?

At current we only accept orders Via Our Website, Phashion.co.uk.

When is payment charged to my credit or debit card?

At the point of order your card is pre-authorised. There are no payments deducted from your account until the goods have been dispatched, unless you pay via PayPal Or Google Checkout.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via most major credit/debit cards. You Can also pay via PayPal and Google Checkout. Postal and Telephone ordering will be coming soon.

Where do I send my payment by cheque?

As already stated we do not accept postal orders such as cheques. We also do not except cash, however this is something we are looking at incorporating into our business soon. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I've found an item cheaper on another site - do you price match?

Phashion offers great value product all year round, and this every day low pricing policy means we do not price match as well. We keep a close eye on other retailers and online shopping sites to make sure we are competitive.

It is inevitable however, that in such a dynamic market as the internet there will be some individuals selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do, just as in the high street. We cannot always price match but if there is a considerable price difference we'd welcome your feedback.

Do your product prices include VAT?

As we are not VAT registered, we do not add VAT onto our prices by law. The prices you see at the checkout are the prices you pay.

Delivery Times:


How long will it take for me to get my order?

Standard delivery takes about 3-5 days, subject to availability.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Delivery dates cannot be completely guaranteed - we aim to deliver our products to you within 1-7 days, depending on the postal service you choose. This can occasionally not be possible. If you have not received your product within 10 days please contact our customer services team.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Anglesey and Republic of Ireland?

We deliver to all UK addresses with a postcode, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and Anglesey. If you reside within these non-mainland areas mentioned above you may be subject to a small delivery surcharge.

What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?

Most of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD).
If you are not in when your goods arrive by courier, a card will be put through your door giving details of the attempted delivery, and giving contact details for the courier company. If this fails, the goods will be returned to Phashion.

How much will postage and packing cost me?

We are pleased to pass on our P&P savings to you. Standard delivery will only be £3.99, Where express delivery will only be £5.95. However if you spend over £55, P&P will be absolutely FREE.

As Stated Earlier, If you reside in an outlying area of the British Isles you may be subject to a small delivery surcharge.

Cancellation and Guarantee:


You have a right to cancel your contract with us at any time up to fourteen days after the date of delivery to you by following the returns procedure set out below. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns:


If for some reason you wish to cancel your contract or return a product to us, please follow the returns procedure detailed below ensuring that all details are provided as requested if you have any questions please e-mail our Returns Department team on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If you are returning the product because there is a fault with it or the order is incorrect, we will ask you to return the product to us via the post office and in that case we will meet the cost of postage as long as a receipt is provided. Please use the returns address provided below.

For all other returns, you must return the product to us at your cost. For all returns, please use the original shipping packaging and packaging materials ensuring that your package is wrapped securely. You must take reasonable care of products that you receive where you either cancel the contract or return the products for a refund. You cannot cancel a contract for the purchase of products which by their nature cannot easily be retuned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

What should I do if I have received damaged or incomplete goods?

You will be entitled to a replacement, exchange or a full refund including the cost of postage. We will ask you to return them to us via the Royal Mail - we will cover the cost of you doing so - although we will not be held responsible for meeting the cost of return by another method.

How do I obtain a refund for returned goods?


We will provide a refund under the terms of our 30 day money back guarantee once we have received the goods.

How much are your call charges?


Calls to our 0871 numbers cost 10 pence per minute at all times. These call charges are based on charges from a BT landline. Charges may vary with other phone service providers. These costs are therefore a guideline only. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information supplied is correct at the time of going to press (July 2007).

I’m having problems with purchasing items, what should I do?


A few people may experience problems with our site when trying to buy items. These are usually to do with how you have set up your security settings in your web browser.
If you have your security settings in internet explorer set to 'high', you have disabled cookies. Our site uses cookies to provide some features such as the shopping trolley. To use the site you will need to set the security level for the internet to 'medium'.
To do this go to Tools, then Internet Options; click on the ‘security tab’, here it will show your current setting. You can then click ‘custom setting’ to change your setting, and at the bottom of the box it will be set to High, Medium, Medium-Low or Low. This is where you should change it to medium. This is for "safe browsing but still functional"
